So I've actually seen this in the theater. It was pretty good. Your impressions?

I haven't seen it yet. I'm supposed to go watch it with my friend Jason, but unfortunately I've had no time. T_T

From the first ten minutes I watched though, I'd say that I'm definitely wanting to see it.

I'll squee indeed. I can't miss Heath Ledger's performance.
Poor Christian Bale totally got ignored though when compared to the Joker.

Christian Bale's voice was like a growling grizzly bear of doom. Kind of funny, actually. Rawr.

lawl.
From what I've seen of him, I feel like he's incredibly emo. Apparently that's just the way he is, but why can't he act like Bruce Wayne? Does he REALLY need to sound all gruff so he can maybe mask his identity?

The cartoon version of him in the late 1990's was awesome though.

He is pretty emo in the film, actually. Well sort of. When he's not beating up people or flying off rooftops or whatever. He acts like Bruce Wayne when he needs to. They're two different people. You know?

In other news, The Dark Knight broke the $500 million box office mark. Can it top Titanic? Probably not.

I thought it already did. O.o
But I guess not.

Hmm. I just find it hilarious that Titanic did better than The Dark Knight.
lawwwwwwwwl.

Well Titanic is #1. It's been there for awhile. We'll see what happens, I guess.

I remember seeing Titanic at home a gajillion times but it's just hilarious how something so "fantastical" can remain on the top for so long. x3

I really do hope TDK tops Titanic.

You should watch it more often to get in touch with your dramatic yet romantic side.

It's the greatest movie ever made, I've seen it two times, hopefully I'll see it two more.

Yeah, but someone ruined the end for me. (No, not the ship sinking part)

True, but they'll see it before I do most likely. Maybe if I go my whole life without seeing it, I'll get some sort of recognition on my tombstone.

Back to the Dark Knight, the pencil trick was probably the highlight of the move for me.

That and a few of the speeches towards the ends.

The pencil trick is the one with the black gangster?
